Specialist Australian Tax Services
From everyday tax compliance to complex cross-border matters, our experienced team provides practical, reliable and personalised tax services for individuals, businesses and international clients. We help you navigate Australian tax requirements with clarity and confidence.
Our Technical Review Process
Draft tax returns, schedules, advice summaries or ATO submissions are provided to the client for review before lodgement or, where applicable, submission to the ATO.
Provide a concise outline of your circumstances, relevant income years, countries, principal income sources or assets, and any current ATO correspondence or deadlines. Where the matter falls within our practice focus and capacity, we confirm the proposed scope, exclusions, information requirements, indicative timeframe and fixed professional fee.
Work commences after the engagement terms are accepted, required identity verification and onboarding are completed, agreed payment conditions are satisfied, and the relevant records and information are provided.
We review the information and available evidence, consider the relevant Australian tax issues and make any necessary enquiries or clarifications before preparing the agreed draft returns, schedules, calculations, advice or ATO submission for client review.
The client reviews the draft and provides any required corrections, confirmations, declarations or authorisations. We then finalise the agreed work and, where included in the confirmed scope, lodge or submit it to the ATO.
Senior Oversight
Complex engagements receive senior oversight appropriate to their technical complexity and professional risk.
Evidence-Led Analysis
Australian tax positions are developed from the available facts, supporting records and applicable Australian tax law.
Australian Tax Focus
We advise on Australian tax consequences where clients, income or assets extend across borders.
Clearly Defined Engagements
The proposed scope, exclusions, information requirements, fee basis and payment terms are confirmed before substantive work begins.
Start with a Preliminary Enquiry
Provide a concise outline of your circumstances, relevant countries and income years, principal income sources or assets, and any current ATO correspondence or deadlines.
We will assess whether the matter falls within our Australian tax practice focus and current capacity and advise whether we are in a position to assist.
